Cancellation Terms & Conditions

Service Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made via Phone or WhatsApp.
Before Work Starts
Full cancellation is allowed before the service or project work begins.
After Work Starts
Once work has started, cancellation may not be accepted or certain charges may apply depending on the progress of the service.
Ongoing Services
For recurring or ongoing services, cancellation must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
Delays
If there is no response from the client for 15 days, the service or project may be cancelled without refund.
Company Rights
Webcity Infotech reserves the right to terminate services in case of policy violations, misuse, or non-payment.
